(A) in regulation 2.1 relating to “Sale of certain admixtures prohibited”, in sub-regulation 2.1.1, after clause (10) the following clause shall be inserted, namely: -

       “(11) Any Multi sourced edible vegetable oil containing Mustard Oil manufactured on or after 1^st October,2020.”

(B) in regulation 2.3 relating to “Prohibition and Restriction on sale of certain products”, in sub-regulation 2.3.14, in clause (11) for the words “Blended Edible Vegetable Oil” wherever they occur, the following shall be substituted, namely: -

       “Multi sourced edible vegetable oil”
