VIGILANCE AWARENESS WEEK 2023

Vigilance Awareness Week is observed every year during the week in which the birthday of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (31st October) falls. This year Vigilance awareness Week is being observed from 30th October, 2023 to 5th November, 2023 with the theme “Say no to corruption; commit to the Nation" " भ्रष्टाचार का विरोध करें; राष्ट्र के प्रति समर्पित रहें”.

FSSAI will also be observing Vigilance Awareness Week, 2023 at FSSAI (HQ) as well as all the Regional Offices and laboratories.

VIGILANCE AWARENESS WEEK 2022

FSSAI will also be observing Vigilance Awareness Week, 2022 at FSSAI (HQ) as well as all the Regional Offices and laboratories.

VIGILANCE AWARENESS WEEK 2021

Vigilance Awareness Week, 2021 is being observed from 26 October, 2021 to 01 November, 2021 with the theme “Independent India @ 75: Self Reliance with Integrity स्वतंत्र भारत @ 75: सत्यनिष्ठा से आत्मनिर्भरता ”.

FSSAI will also be observing Vigilance Awareness Week, 2021 at FSSAI (HQ) as well as all the Regional Offices and laboratories.

VIGILANCE AWARENESS WEEK 2020

Vigilance Awareness Week, 2020 is being observed during 27th October to 02nd November, 2020 with the theme “सतर्क भारत - समृद्ध भारत”, Vigilant India, Prosperous India” in all the offices of Government of India.

FSSAI will also be observing Vigilance Awareness Week, 2020 at FSSAI (Headquarter) as well as all the Regional Offices and laboratories.

VIGILANCE DIVISION

Vigilance Division of  FSSAI deals with  complaints received  through various sources against the employees of its Regional offices, Laboratories and Headquarters by  following the CVC guidelines. On investigation by the FSSAI itself or through independent agency (i.e. CBI, CVC etc.) if prima facie, irregularities are attributed to any individual or more than one official, then further appropriate decision regarding initiation of  Disciplinary Proceeding  is taken at the level of Chief Executive Officer / Chairperson  of the  Authority.
